Eye Care Associates is one block down on the left. From LisbonFollow US Route 30/Lincoln Way East. Lincoln Way becomes Route 154. Merge onto Route 11 South and take the Downtown/East Liverpool exit. Turn left onto Jackson Street and go straight through the 4-way stop sign. Turn left onto 5th Street. Eye Care Associates is one block down on the left. From Chester, West VirginiaFollow WV Route 2/Carolina Avenue and turn right onto Newell Bridge. Newell Bridge becomes West 5th Street. Eye Care Associates is 2 blocks ahead on the right at the corner of Jefferson and 5th Street.
