From CanfieldTake Route 224 to Route 11 north. Follow Route 11 until you reach the Route 82 West exit on the left going towards Warren. Merge onto Route 82 West. Take the Route 46 ramp towards Niles-Cortland. Keep right at the fork in the ramp. Merge onto Niles-Cortland Road (Route 46 North). Follow Route 46 (0.6 miles) and you will see Eye Care Associates on your right. From YoungstownTake Belmont Avenue to the I-80 West ramp towards Cleveland. Merge onto I-80 West and take the OH-11 North exit towards Warren/Ashtabula. Merge onto Route 11 North and take OH-82 West exit on the left towards Warren. Merge onto Route 82 and take OH-46 ramp towards Niles-Cortland. Keep right at the fork in the ramp. Merge onto Niles-Cortland Road SE (Route 46 North). Follow Route 46 (0.6 miles) and you will see Eye Care Associates on your right. From New CastleGoing south on North Jefferson Street (Route 18), turn right onto US Route 422 BR West/US Route 224 West. Stay straight to go onto Route 224 West. Route 224 becomes Route 422 (West State Street). Take the US Route 422 West ramp and merge onto Benjamin Franklin North Highway. Stay straight to go onto PA Route 60 North. Take the I-80 West exit towards Youngstown. Merge onto I-80 West and take Route 11 North towards Warren/Astabula. Merge onto Route 11 and take the OH-82 West exit on the left towards Warren. Merge onto Route 82 and take the OH-46 ramp towards Niles-Cortland. Keep right at the fork in the ramp. Merge onto Niles-Cortland Road SE (Route 46 North). Follow Route 46 (0.6 miles) and you will see Eye Care Associates on your right.
